WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Are you a creative ninja with a serious drive to concept, create, present, defend, and execute your ideas across all channels — digital, print, social, video, audio, experiential and everything else in between? Can you do this while collaborating with a cross-disciplined team in a fast-paced agency environment? If so, then we want to meet you.
As a Graphic Designer, you will assist in the creation of event visual toolkits and design assets for environmental branding and physical structures, design assets for digital and print signage including the creation of print ready mechanicals, and support in the design of other event-related materials. You will work with full events teams, including Creative Directors and Art Directors, to assist in crafting immersive and engaging experiences for some of the world’s biggest brands.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
● Demonstrate proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma)
● Show an intermediate level understanding of practical application of digital, print, and design theory, with the ability to design 2D graphic concepts for small projects
● Show ability in visual storytelling in all mediums, including PPT and Google Slides, and able to support in presentation design and clean-up
● Have some knowledge of how to package design files for printing and digital and how to save design files for historical reference
● Some knowledge of event styling, experiential design, digital design, video design, and motion graphics design is a plus
● Have an ongoing interest in the latest trends in design, culture and innovation
● Looks to be innovative with design and to always raise the bar with process and creativity
● Detail focused with an ability to leap from project to project
● Exceptional typography skills, color theory skills, brand design and layout skills
● Flexible and adaptive to meet changing needs or direction
● Strong work ethic
● Infectious positive attitude
● 1+ year(s) experience as an entry level designer or equivalent experience

HOW WE’LL TAKE CARE OF YOU
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting salary for this role is between $60,000 and $70,000. Our salary ranges are based on third-party national average market compensation analysis. The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
